Consultative Support

Records Review & Call

This service includes a thorough review of all provided educational records, followed by a scheduled phone call (up to one hour) to discuss key concerns, insights, and personalized recommendations. After the call, you'll receive a follow-up email summarizing the discussion and outlining next steps to help guide your advocacy efforts.

Cost: $200

If you decide, after the review, to upgrade to the comprehensive support package, you will receive a $75 discount.

Comprehensive Support

Our Comprehensive Support package is designed to walk alongside you every step of the way. This year-long support includes a personal consultation to address your concerns, a detailed review of your child’s educational records, and ongoing education about your rights as a parent. We collaborate directly with schools and agencies, offer school-based observations, and help identify additional services or therapies your child may benefit from. You’ll receive support through the referral and eligibility process, preparation before school meetings, and an advocate who can attend meetings with you — in person or virtually. Follow-up communication and actionable recommendations are provided as needed, ensuring you’re never navigating the system alone.

Cost: $1,200 (annual contract)

This consultative package offers targeted support for families seeking guidance in navigating their child’s educational needs, but want to take matters into their own hands. It includes a personalized consultation to discuss concerns and questions, along with a detailed review of educational records. Based on findings, recommendations for additional services or therapies are provided, along with support for communicating with school-based staff. It also includes assistance with the referral or eligibility process to help families access the resources their child needs. This support is available any time a concern pops up, for the duration of the contract.
